We only collect information essential for order fulfillment, account authentication, and delivery services:

• Personal Information: Full name and phone number for registration, authentication (OTP), and login.
• Delivery & Shipping Information: Delivery addresses, city, and shipping notes to accurately dispatch your orders.
• Device & Notification Data: Device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging Token) to deliver order tracking status updates and notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and secure your wholesale/retail shopping account.
• To fulfill, process, and deliver purchase orders to your destination.
• To send real-time order status updates and notifications.
• To provide customer support and assistance.

3. Data Protection and Third-Party Sharing

Your delivery details are only shared with trusted courier partners solely for the purpose of shipping and delivering your orders.

4. Account & Data Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Navigate to (Profile > Delete Account) to permanently delete your account and personal data.
• Via Support: Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +201097032470 to request complete account deletion.

5. Data Security

All communications between the Mobishop application and our backend servers are secured using industry-standard HTTPS/SSL encryption protocols.
